Hybrid Autonomous Container Power Plant (HAPP),

as economically effective alternative source of energy for the industry!

At that moment HAPP- is the best thing that can be used as an alternative source of energy for work on remote sites.

Because such renewable energy sources as autonomous solar and wind power plants can not generate electricity for the industry in it’s entirety. But it is expensive to use only diesel generator plants. In HAPP to complement /replace diesel energy it is offered to use gratuitous forms of energy - solar and wind energy. HAPP is programmed to use first of all renewable wind and solar energy, and when it does not have it in enough quantity, then the diesel generator plant automatically starts to work.

Main purpose of HAPP:

Provision the object with electricity, using primarily renewable "gratuitous" solar and wind energy.

Autonomous Variant:

Provision the remote object with electricity (fields, forests, mountains, islands, remote sites).

Algorithm:

- primary use of renewable energy sources (RES): sun and wind

- in the absence of wind/sun, use of stored energy in accumulation batteries or activation of diesel generator plant (DGP)

- when wind/sun appears, transition to renewable energy sources

With connection to external network:

Provision the object with electricity

in "pumping" mode, i.e. partial or complete replacement of energy of external network by the energy from RES.

Algorithm:

- priority of use of renewable energy sources (RES): sun and wind to replace energy from external network

- in case of failures of external network and absence of generation from RES it is used the energy stored in accumulation batteries or DGU is turned on.

In HAPP it is used 4 sources of energy: solar panels, wind generators, diesel generator plants, external energy networks.

As an accumulator of electricity energy, accumulation batteries (AB) are used.

Main work mode of HAPP - generation of energy from sun and wind.

- installed capacity of HAPP - 15 kW (~ 380/220 V)

- installed capacity of solar fields (SF) - 9,6 kW

- installed capacity of wind generators (WEG) - 6,4 кВт

- capacity of accumulation batteries (AB) - 1500 A*h (48 V)

- Installed capacity of diesel generator plant (DGP) - 20 kW (~ 380)

- Time of autonomous work of HAPP only from AB with charge of 15 kW - 3 hours

- Work time of HAPP with charge of 30kW -  30 minutes

HAPP provides consumers with electricity 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Energy sources of HAPP

  1. Four wind-power generators (WPG) with controllers of charge of AB of China production, sets of masts, bracing cables, screw piles.
  2. 48 solar panels (SP), with controllers of charge of AB of Russian production, sets of metal structures for their attachment.

  3. External Network

Connected to HAPP through introductory shield.

HAPP algorithm permits to save energy from external network, using the regime of partial or complete substitution by energy from renewable energy source.

  4. Diesel generator plant (DGP)

Activated only when it is not enough energy from sources mentioned above and in emergency mode.

Main elements of HAPP

  1. System of charge of accumulation batteries (AB) and of inversion of Russia
  2. System of energy accumulation on AB made in China

  3. System of dispatching and intelligent control, including remote control through the Internet.

  4. Specially designed by the company "UiF" hardware-software complex of automatic data collection, data processing and transmission, control of generation, accumulation and inversion of electricity, as well as service systems.
